What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
MOQs vary by product and format — typically around 1–2 MT per SKU for paneer, ghee and cheese, and 5 MT for bulk butter and AMF (1 FCL for exports). Share your requirement and we confirm the exact MOQ.
Do you provide samples before a bulk order?+
Yes. For private-label and spec-sensitive products we arrange pre-production samples with a COA so you can approve the product before committing to a production run. Sample and courier costs are discussed case by case.
How are you able to supply so many products?+
Foodondoor operates through a multi-location manufacturing and supply network across India. We match each requirement to suitable production capacity by product, specification, volume, price and dispatch location — you deal with one partner, one contract and one point of contact.
What are typical lead times?+
Indicative pricing is usually shared within 24 business hours. Production lead time depends on product, volume, packaging and season — commonly 1–3 weeks for standard lines after spec and sample sign-off, plus shipping time for exports.
Can you manufacture under our own brand (private label)?+
Yes. Share your product, specification, packaging, target price, quantity and market. We coordinate matching, samples, production planning, batch documentation and dispatch — packed under your label. See the Private Label page.
Which countries do you supply to?+
We supply domestically across India and export to B2B buyers in 30+ countries, with a strong presence in the Middle East and Asia. Export is handled end to end — documentation, compliance and shipment planning.
What export documentation do you provide?+
Depending on destination: certificate of analysis (batch-wise), health certificate, certificate of origin, Halal certificate where required, packing list, invoice and shipping documents. We supply on FOB / CIF / CFR terms as preferred.
What are your payment terms?+
Terms depend on the buyer, order size and destination, and are agreed at the contract stage. For exports we typically work against an advance and/or documentary terms; specifics are confirmed in your quotation.
How is pricing decided?+
Pricing is quoted based on product, specification, packaging, volume and delivery location. For bulk dairy fats, rates also move with the market — so quotes are indicative and confirmed per order.
Do you supply certified products?+
Products are manufactured at FSSAI-licensed facilities, with ISO 22000, HACCP, Halal, APEDA and AGMARK available depending on the plant and product. We confirm the exact certifications for your requirement at the quotation stage. See Certifications.
